Billy at Septic Pro was very quick to respond to our request for a pump out and inspection that we needed, for the sale of our home. He came out on Sunday after a late Friday evening request. "Amazing company with great customer service! We called late on a Friday, thinking we would just have to leave a message but to our surprise, the call was answered by a very lovely gal ( sorry I can’t remember her name 🤦🏼♀️) who was so helpful and set us up for septic service the following Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday morning I got a call from Billy, who was very kind and friendly and he let me know exactly when he would be coming. He showed up on time and was very polite and professional and he even had to move our garbage cans out of the way to get his truck in the driveway but didn’t complain. He did the job very neatly, offered some great advice, finished quickly and was very careful not to disturb the area any more than was necessary, and cleaned up the area when he was finished! I will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors! Keep up the great work Septic Pro! You have an amazing team that you should be proud of!"
